Gisele Bundchen Is The Highest Paid Model

Forbes‘ annual list of high-ranking, high-paid models has come out, and for the third year in a row Gisele Bundchen tops the charts.

Having earned more than $45 million dollars last year, Gisele Bundchen beat Kate Moss (#2 at $9.2 million), who stole her second-best ranking from Heidi Klum who didn’t even make the list this year. (The scandal!)

Forbes used earnings made between May 2011 and May 2012 exclusively, and the money made by Gisele Bundchen was thanks to her endorsements and modelling contracts.

Meanwhile, Natalia Vodianova, Adriana Lima and Doutzen Kroes round out the top five, while Carolyn Murphy just cracked the top ten with her earning of $3.5 million.

Gisele Bundchen is the face of Esprit, Pantene and Versace, and this time last year, Forbes estimated her net worth was approximately $250 million. (And to think some of us felt really great about ourselves because we could afford to splurge on an extra large coffee this week.)
