This means you get beauty products that are free from toxic chemicals and harsh fragrances, while also getting products that work. Here are a few of our favourite Canadian beauty brands”that also happen to be green.
Consonant Skincare specializes in merging science and nature. Don’t be fooled by the clinical-looking packaging. These products are full of good-for-you ingredients like tea tree oil, grapeseed oil and glycerin. You won’t find any added fragrances here either. Pick up the new bamboo cleansing cloths (which are two times the size of other face cloths are completely biodegradable) or, go for a cult-classic like the Foaming Face Wash ($22).

I tried one Bite Beauty product before which is the matte lip crayon and never fails to amaze me. I always look glamorous and I feel so safe wearing it!
