Ireland isn't all shamrocks, beer and rain. We spent a few days exploring the city of Dublin and all that it has to offer, including a city built on rich history, an expansive food offering and all kinds of cool places to discover (okay, there's beer, too). Here are some must-hit moments when you visit Dublin.
Stay: In an Airbnb

It’s a fact that it’s almost impossible to get into a hotel in Dublin from St. Patrick’s Day through the summer months, but with the boom of Airbnbs available, that shouldn’t derail your travel plans. From an apartment in the lively Temple Bar area to a cozy cottage outside of the city (perfect if you’re doing more than just Dublin), it’ll keep the costs lower (more room in the budget for beers) and will keep you right in the hood you want to see the most.
