[tps_title]BBQ Quinoa Turkey Burgers[/tps_title]
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cookied quinoa
- 2 tbsp ground oat flour
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl and work them into patties that are approximately 1.25 inches thick. Heat grill to 400°F and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Grill for 7 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through. Top with raw kale, avocado, red onion, or thinly sliced apples.
